Manage your FiftyCAL account

Most things live in the app — license activation, machine deactivation, handle, 2FA, friends, leaderboard. Open FiftyCAL → Account or Preferences → License.

License + invoices

Your license keys and invoices are managed by our merchant of record. The portal lives at the link in your purchase email — search your inbox for "FiftyCAL receipt" to find it.

If you can't find the email, contact support@fiftycal.app with your order number.

Deactivate a Mac

Open FiftyCAL on the Mac you want to deactivate, then Preferences → License → Deactivate this Mac. The slot frees up immediately. If the Mac is gone, email support@fiftycal.app.

Change your email

FiftyCAL → Account → tap your email → Change email. We send a verification link to the new address; the change happens after you click it.

Delete your account

FiftyCAL → Account → Delete account. Hard-confirms with "DELETE" typed in. Account data is purged from servers immediately; backups roll off in 30 days.

Export your data

Email privacy@fiftycal.app from your account email. We respond within 7 days with a JSON archive of every row we hold on you.
